CHECKLISTE FÜR EINEN PERFEKTEN ABEND:

APP:
Lade dir schon vor dem Event die Bar Bachelor Event App im Playstore bzw. Appstore herunter. Mit der App scannst du beim Check-In in der Startbar unseren QR-Code und schaltest so dein Studienheft frei.

AKKU:
Starte den Abend mit einem möglichst vollen Akku, du wirst die App den ganzen Abend für das Einscannen deiner Prüfungsleistungen brauchen.

AUSWEIS:
Check-In nur mit gültigem Lichtbildausweis & ab 18 Jahren.

CHECK-IN | BECHER | BAND:
Zwischen 18-20 Uhr bekommst du in der Startbar eine Eintrittsbestätigung und einen originalen Bar Bachelor Becher von uns. Diesen benötigst du den ganzen Abend. Mit dem Becher gehst du in die Bars, gibst ihn beim Getränke bestellen ab und erhältst, nachdem du dein Getränk bezahlt hast, einen frischen Becher mit deinem gewünschten Getränk. Am Ende des Abends darfst du den zuletzt erhaltenen Becher mit nach Hause nehmen.

STUDIENLEISTUNGEN:
Wir scannen beim Check-In deinen Ticketcode ein und schalten anschließend dein digitales Studienheft in der App frei. Um den Bar Bachelor positiv zu absolvieren, trinkst du in jeder der 10 teilnehmenden Bars jeweils mindestens einen Drink*. In welcher Reihenfolge du die Bars nach dem Check-In besucht, kannst du selbst entscheiden. Nur die letzte Studienleistung musst du in der Abschlussbar erfüllen.

URKUNDE:
Zwischen 22-23:30 Uhr (bei viel Andrang etwas länger) werden in der Abschlussbar die offiziellen Bar Bachelor Urkunden übergeben. Du hast dementsprechend bis 23:30 Uhr Zeit, um alle Studienleistungen positiv zu absolvieren. Achte gut auf deine Urkunde - du benötigst diese nämlich nächstes Semester als Beweis deiner Qualitäten, wenn du den nächsthöheren Studiengang besuchen möchtest.

GRADUIERTENFEIER | SPECIALS:
In der Abschlussbar kommen also ab 22 Uhr alle Absolventinnen und Absolventen zusammen und ihr könnt gemeinsam euren Abschluss feiern.
Die ersten 7 Studierenden, die den Bar Bachelor positiv absolvieren, erhalten dank der Sparkasse Oberösterreich einen stylischen Absolventenhut.

*DRINKS:
In jeder Bar bekommen Bar Bachelor Teilnehmende exklusiv alle Getränke um 50 Cent günstiger. Was genau die jeweiligen Bars anbieten und welche weiteren Specials es dort für dich gibt, siehst du am Campusplan in unserer App.

TICKETS | ABSCHLUSSHUT:

€5,49,- für Sparkasse OÖ Kunden*, +2€ ohne Ermäßigung.

Pro Online-Ticket wird von Vivenu eine Zahlungsabwicklungsgebühr von 0,50€ erhoben.

*Ermäßigte Tickets für Sparkasse OÖ Kunden sind nur gültig gegen Vorlage der jeweiligen Debitkarte am Tag des Lehrgangs beim Check-In.

Echte Bar Bachelor feiern ihren Titel mit einem Abschlusshut (+ 5€) am Kopf. ;)

Du erhältst deinen Hut also direkt am Tag des Bar Bachelors vor Ort.

[Die Bar Bachelor Lehrgänge waren bis jetzt immer schon lange im Vorhinein ausverkauft. Eventuell gibt es vor Ort noch wenige Restplätze.

SEI MUTIG:

Der Bar Bachelor ist ideal, um neue Leute kennenzulernen. Es ist also egal, ob du alleine oder mit wem zusammen startest, denn du wirst vor Ort sowieso schnell nette Mitstudierende finden, mit denen du die Studienleistungen gemeinsam absolvieren kannst. Wir denken uns meist coole Ice-Breaker aus, wie zum Beispiel Komplimente to go, um das gegenseitige Kennenlernen zu erleichtern.

GOOD VIBES ONLY:
Wir möchten an dieser Stelle betonen, dass es beim Bar Bachelor darum geht die coolsten Bars der Stadt und jede Menge neuer Leute kennenzulernen und dabei einen herrlichen gemeinsamen Abend zu genießen. Ob du Lust hast alkoholfreie oder alkoholische Getränke zu trinken, ist natürlich ganz dir überlassen. Bitte respektiere die individuellen Präferenzen deiner Mitstudierenden.

CHECKLIST FOR A PERFECT EVENING:

APP:
Before the event, download the Bar Bachelor Event App from the Playstore or Appstore. You will need it the whole evening.

BATTERY:
Start the evening with a full battery, you will need the app all evening to scan your exam results.

ID:
Check-in only with valid photo ID & 18 years of age or older.

CHECK-IN | CUP | CONFIRMATION:
Between 6-8pm you will get an entry confirmation and an original Bar Bachelor cup from us at the start bar. You will need it the whole evening. With the cup you go to the bars, hand it in when ordering drinks and after paying for your drink you will receive a fresh cup with your desired drink. At the end of the night, you get to take home the last cup you received.

STUDY BOOK:
We will scan your ticket code at check-in and then unlock your digital study booklet in the app. To positively complete the Bar Bachelor, you will have at least one drink* at each of the 10 participating bars. You can decide for yourself in which order you visit the bars after check-in. You only have to fulfill the last study requirement in the final bar.

CERTIFICATE:
Between 22-23:30 the official Bar Bachelor certificates will be handed over in the final bar. Accordingly, you have until 23:30 at the latest to positively complete all study achievements. Take good care of your certificate - you will need it next semester as proof of your qualities if you want to attend the next higher degree.

GRADUATION PARTY | SPECIALS:
So in the final bar all graduates will come together from 10 pm on and you can celebrate your graduation together.

The first 7 students who pass the Bar Bachelor positively will receive a stylish graduate hat thanks to Sparkasse Oberösterreich.

*DRINKS:
In each bar, Bar Bachelor participants exclusively get all drinks 50 cents cheaper. You can see exactly what the bars offer and what other specials they have for you on the campus map in our app.

TICKETS:
€5,49,- for members of Oberösterreichische Sparkasse*, +€2 without discount.

A payment processing fee of €0.50 is charged by Vivenu per online ticket.

*Discounted tickets for Sparkasse OÖ customers are only valid upon presentation of the respective debit card on the day of the bar bachelor at check-in.

Real Bar Bachelors celebrate their title with a graduation hat (+ 5€) on their head ;)

So you will get your hat directly on the day of the event on site.

BE BRAVE
The Bar Bachelor is ideal for meeting new people. So it doesn't matter if you start alone or with others, because you will quickly find nice fellow students on site anyway, with whom you can complete the course work together.
